Mina

The One the System Can't Classify.

Mina doesn't fit neatly into Aethelgard's existing categories — and that alone makes her one of the most unusual people in the system. Young, quick, and crackling with an energy that seems to operate just slightly outside the game's normal parameters, she appears at exactly the wrong moment to be a coincidence and exactly the right moment to be something else entirely.

Her origins are unclear. Her allegiances are fluid. Her power is the kind that doesn't show up in any stat sheet or skill tree — it's something she seems to carry naturally, without fully understanding where it comes from or what it means.

She is genuinely curious, occasionally reckless, and possessed of an instinct for situations that she couldn't explain if asked. She doesn't plan — she reacts. And her reactions have a habit of being more useful than anyone's careful strategy.

Whether she's the most dangerous person in the room or the most important ally depends on the moment. The unsettling truth is that it might be both, simultaneously, and she might not know the difference.
